D-ring mechanisms have a semi-circular shape and they are characterized by a larger capacity of the insert than R-ring mechanisms.
Ring mechanisms may vary slightly depending on the current delivery and manufacturer. Some models have a characteristic groove, inscription or are quite smooth.
Ring mechanisms are only sold in full packages.
