Modular device consisting of a cold glue applicator (AP), an assembly table, a movable belt with air suction (SM) and an automatic packing/winding machine (ZA). Manual loading of veneer and cardboard. The veneer with applied adhesive is automatically put on a moving tape.
After applying the cardboard, the movable tape automatically moves the veneer and cardboard into the packing/winding machine, which allows you to simultaneously wrap 4 sides of the veneer in one cycle.
The packer/winder after turning off the “wrapping” option works like a roll press, only pressing the paper and cardboard on a flat surface.
The laminating line can be extended with an automatic paper or / and cardboard feeder.
